About Syrup and Bluebear
Syrup is a 22 and a half year old girl living in the east of Sydney. She enjoys picnics, baking, knitting and crochet, theatre, reading, and comedy. If she is not working or pounding the streets of sydney she can generally be found secreted away in a dark corner in some cafe or another listening to music and drawing/reading, or sitting at home watching her favourite series’ on DVD. She also likes to play RPGs on her PS2. She is not sure what she wants to be when she grows up, and will possibly be taking suggestions in the near future. She is also currently writing her very first musical.
Bluebear is an old man. But more to the point, he is actually a very old stuffed toy who has been with Syrup since she was 2 years old. He has not had an easy life, and has the battle scars to prove it. He enjoys sleeping, picnics, reading, watching DVDs with Syrup, going to cafes, and theatre. He aspires to direct and star in Syrup’s musical, and lends a helping paw whenever she throws a tantrum (and throws the scripts out the window) He will be making regular contributions to the blog.
